Every step was explained in a way that was simple enough to follow and duplicate. I mostly appreciate the advise parts, which come from personal experience, about adding the flower one cup at a time so the mixer doesn't have a flower explosion or not to use the electric mixer to incorporate the chocolate chips. Thanks for a great recipe for chocolate chip cookies from scratch.
Hmmm....Looks Yummy! Great explanation and steps. It was easy to follow and had some great tips (met instructional needs). You can relate this video with any other cooking activity that involves mulitple steps. I would definitely use a video like this in a classroom setting. Great blogging experience! I want to go make some cookies now, thanks for the recipe!
I love chocolate chip cookies, so I am so happy that I now have a new recipe to use! I thought that the video was very detailed and precise. Definatly educational and easy to follow. What I think could have made this video better would only be the editing. There were times where the steps took a little longer than expected and it kind of made me lose focus, but then you would get right back on track. Otherwise, I really enjoyed it!
Your film was great and so was your cookies. The instructions were very easy for all students to follow and you did a great job of making it interesting for the students good job
Who doesnt want to learn about cookies? You made it simple and interesting. The unit shows how much knowledge you have to give to your students. The video shows a good lesson on what it takes; patience and knowledge, to be a good chef. I like the different types of cookies they will be learning about. Another video, maybe as a preview, would be to show various types of completed cookies.They can be in various environments for presentation purposes to make it even more lively.

Nice demo on cookies I liked how you showed student the way the batter should look at different stages. I thought it was important of you to show students the correct way to add ingredients and the best tempertures as well.
Your video inspired me to bake cookies. Directions were clear. I would have like to see the literacy included. The steps and tools at the beginning of the video, so i could prepare myself to bake also. Continue baking.
