I felt like I was watching a cooking show on the Food Network. This was a well thought out video. I could follow along easily and you spoke clearly. I like that you were prepared and laid out all of your ingredients before hand and explained the preperation that you did that wasn't shown. Good job!
This video was easy to follow from a student's perspective. You talked the students through the procedure and I didn't get lost at all. You showed how to properly perform tasks in the kitchen which also helped a beginner.
Hi David, I thought that was a very well thought out video. I expecially liked the fact that you cooked one ahead of time to be able to show the finished product. well done.
nice video.. It was great how you had another cheesecake already cooled off to show us how to finish off a cracked cheesecake.
