Creative idea. This is a great way to show the students the end result of mixing the right or wrong colors! You can let the students mix the clay as well. My teacher let us use paints to understand the concept. Good video.
The video created would be a good visual for the unit plan created. The video meets instructional needs as it illustrated the primary colors, secondary colors and what the results are when these colors are combined. If I were the instructor creating this video clip I may include some vocabulary as well as verbal instruction. The best part of the video are the colorful demos of mixing the clay. As a future Cosmetology teacher I would definately add this video and unit plan to the curriculum it is fun and would definately capture the students attention.
I thought your video was well thought out you seemed to have covered the topic thouroghly, I do however think that by not using any audio in the video students may drift.
